The minimum lot width requirement for the MXE district are as follows:

		Minimum Lot Width

(A)	Nonresidential Uses:	Thirty-five (35) feet

(B)	Residential Uses:

	1. Single-family detached	Thirty-five (35) feet

	2. Single-family attached dwelling units; three (3) or more	Sixty (60) feet

	3. Two-family	Thirty-five (35) feet

	4. Multiple-family	Fifty (50) feet
