§ 6-3-9-8. APPEALS FROM ZONING ADMINISTRATOR DECISIONS.

The Zoning Board of Appeals shall, pursuant to Section 6-3-11, hear and decide appeals from any order or final decision of the Zoning Administrator acting pursuant to his authority and duties under this Ordinance except with regard to orders or decisions based upon the review and recommendations of the Design and Project Review Committee, which shall be appealable to the City Council through its Planning and Development Committee. Except as expressly provided otherwise, an application for appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals may be filed not later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the action being appealed.
