§ 6-8-8-4. LOT SIZE.

The minimum lot sizes in the R6 district are:

		Minimum Lot Size

(A)	Single-family dwelling unit	Four thousand (4,000) square feet, except as expressly allowed in Subsection 6-4-1-7(B) of this Title

(B)	Two-family and single-family attached dwelling unit	Two thousand (2,000) square feet each for the first two (2) dwelling units, plus one thousand (1,000) square feet for each additional dwelling unit

(C)	Multiple-family and group occupancy dwelling units	Five thousand (5,000) square feet, plus four hundred (400) square feet for each dwelling unit therein

(D)	Nonresidential use	Ten thousand (10,000) square feet
