§ 7-3-2-1. CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.

All sidewalks laid in any public street, alley, park or place in the City shall, unless otherwise specified by the City Council, conform to specifications to be furnished by the Director of Public Works or his/her designee. The Director shall prepare and keep on file in his/her office proper specifications as to materials and manner of construction of City sidewalks.
